At Stone Story, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order. We encourage mindful purchases, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
Returns
- Customers may raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product at Support: +91 9627153422 or orders@stonestoryjewellery.com
- The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags, and invoice intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Due to the nature of jewellery, customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
Reverse Pickup (Returns)
- For all approved returns, Stone Story will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
- Once the product is received and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed on eligible products and must be requested within 7 days of delivery at Support: +91 9627153422 or orders@stonestoryjewellery.com
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all packaging intact.
- All exchange requests are subject to a quality check upon receipt.
Shipping & Pickup (Exchanges)
- If you wish to exchange a product due to change of mind or size:
1) You may ship the product to us yourself, or
2) Pay ₹200, and Stone Story will arrange a reverse pickup for you. - Once we receive the product, the exchanged item will be shipped to you free of cost.
- If the product received is damaged or defective:
1) The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
2) Stone Story will bear the cost of both reverse pickup and reshipping.
Exceptions & Important Conditions
- Customised orders and items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Size Exchange
- If you experience a size issue with your bracelet, please contact our support team before raising an exchange request.
- Our team will assist you in choosing the correct size to ensure a better fit.

Refunds
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from return approval.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used at checkout.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
