Orders, Shipping & Delivery

1. How long will myorder take to ship?

Most orders are shipped within 3–4 business days of order confirmation.
Beaded bracelets are shipped within 24 hours, as they are ready to dispatch.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
A ₹150 shipping charge applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

3. How long does delivery take after shipping?

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

4. Will I receive tracking details?

Yes, tracking details are shared via SMS or email once your order is shipped.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

5. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

6. Is reverse pickup available for returns?

Yes. For approved returns, Stone Story arranges reverse pickup at no extra cost.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes our quality check.

8. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment. For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.

9. Can I exchange my jewellery?

Yes, exchanges are allowed on eligible products and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

10. What are the shipping charges for exchanges?
  • For change of mind or size:
    1) You may self-ship the product, or
    2) Pay ₹200, and we will arrange a reverse pickup.
    3) Once approved, the exchanged product is shipped free of cost.
  • For damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours, we bear both reverse pickup and reshipping costs.
11. Can I exchange a product more than once?

No, only one exchange is allowed per order.

12. Are sale or customised items eligible for return or exchange?

No. Customised, engraved, made-to-order pieces and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

13. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos, and we’ll take care of the exchange at no extra cost.

Yes, 925 Sterling Silver is generally safe for sensitive skin. However, individual skin sensitivities may vary.

19. Will the gold plating fade over time?

Gold plating can naturally fade with wear over time. Proper care will help maintain the finish for longer.

Yes, we offer select customised and made-to-order pieces. Please note that customised jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
