Reverse Pickup (Returns)

• For all approved returns, Stone Story will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
• Once the product is received and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed.

Refunds

• Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from return approval.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used at checkout.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Order Shipping
● We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders PAN INDIA.
● A ₹150 shipping charge applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
● Orders are typically shipped within 3–4 business days from order confirmation.
● Beaded bracelets are shipped within 24 hours, as they are ready to dispatch.
● Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and courier partner.
● Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email once the order is dispatched.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Returns
● For all approved returns, Stone Story will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to the customer.

Exchanges (Change of Mind / Size)
● Customers may either self-ship the product to our address or pay ₹200 for us to arrange a reverse pickup.
● Once the exchanged product is received and approved, the replacement will be shipped free of cost.

Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Products)
● If the product received is damaged or defective and reported within 48 hours of delivery, Stone Story will bear the cost of both reverse pickup and reshipping.

• Avoid water & sweat: Remove before showering, swimming, or workouts — especially for gold & rhodium plated pieces.
• Store separately: Keep in a dry place, ideally in individual pouches/boxes to prevent scratches and tarnish.
• Clean gently: Wipe with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap + water and dry immediately. Avoid harsh cleaners & ultrasonic machines.
• Protect gemstones: Limit heat and direct sunlight exposure to prevent fading or damage.
• Check regularly: Ensure clasps and stones are secure.
• Professional refresh: We offer cleaning & replating services to restore shine.
